![]() ![]() There was a nice little dessert area as well, and a amaretto chocolate whipped mousse pie slice was a perfect ending to the meal. There were other items on the buffet too, a cut of fish on a plank, with an odd taste (not cedar plank), and several standard salads and usual items. It is clear that people were mostly there for the crab legs, and they were good, the best thing on the buffet. The fried catfish had a funny taste to it, like it had spent too much time out of the refrigerator before cooking, so I didn't eat more than one bite. The buffet was OK, the broiled shrimp, fried chicken, fried oysters and fried okra were all very dry, the chicken was an inedible husk. When we sat down, there was a lot of food on the floor under the tables, so be careful where you step. There was about a 45 minute wait to get in, so we waited outside the building on the benches to get some air, they give you the light up buzzers when ready for you. Casino is good for the area, but it's not my type of place to enjoy, smoky, noisy, dark and 's a typical casino! We went specifically for the seafood buffet at JD Harvest inside the casino. ![]()
